Always busy but service is outstanding. My server Karen was very knowledgeable about what deal would be best for me....she recommended I add an item to my order to bring the price down. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Just your normal everyday Gregg's with great offers and good quality staff and service. Gregg's is Gregg's isn't it.
Served quick even though it was the breakfast rush. Staff mega busy but still very cheerful.
If I could give minus stars I would. Purchased pasty and sausage roll and they were cold asked if they had any warm ones - no asked if they could heat it up no - poor service
As a german i only can say, i want a Greggs as well in Germany. 🥹 …
