Had a burger and fries here yesterday with a group of 10. The staff were really friendly and the food was delicious. The wait wasn't long between ordering the food and eating it.

Absolutely love Maginss.Been here quite a few times. The food is excellent. Plenty of choice on the menu. Always a warm and friendly welcome. Great decor, very nicely done up. Service is excellent. Big portions. Great value for money. Go see for yourself you'll not be disappointed👍

Fantastic food and friendly service in a really interesting interior. Only reason it didn't get 5 for atmosphere was that we were there on a Monday afternoon and it was quiet.

A delightful restaurant for all the family. Had a delicious Sunday roast dinner, and kids ate all their lunch, which is often unheard of. Beautiful pub restaurant inside and it was packed. Great service too. Nothing to fault.

Took a drive to Castlewellan tonight to go for walk in forest, the weather was not in our favour, so we ended up in Maginns bar for dinner, what a lovely place it is, i could not fault that food 😋, plenty of veggie options also. The lad behind the bar an the waitress could not have been any better, thryre a credit to your business, be sure to be back. Thank you.

So nice to have more than one vegan option on a menu! Staff were really friendly and food was tasty. Pub has lots of character and a lovely place for a solo meal.

Cracking bar, full of character and punters enjoying the craic. Lovely interior design with lots of mahogany paneling and curiosities mounting throughout. The bar staff and servers are very friendly, accommodating, welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Smashing place to unwind after a bite to eat . Close to Castlewellan forest park, right at the end or beginning of main street. Top spot .
