Really nice Gurkha restaurant. I had the fried pork momo which were really good, I've had them steamed before but never fried so i thought i'd try them and they didn't let me down. Portion size as you can see is great.
I also ordered the special biriyani and it tasted so fresh and flavourful and the fried egg tops it off nicely.
The sugar coated fennel seeds instead of mints were pretty cool too.
If you're in the area definitely come here, far better than all the chain/franchise restaurants around the corner.
We have used this restaurant as a family now quite a few times, the food is always amazing and fresh. The service is great, they are always on time with the food and very polite and friendly creating a nice atmosphere. There has been a few occasions where they have made a curry that wasn’t on the menu anymore, they go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy.
I would recommend these to anyone who wants to try some great Nepalese food.
Wow, I had to give the owners my review before I left yesterday. The atmosphere is amazing, and I recommend it for a date night or just a calm peaceful dinner. The restaurant is very clean, the owners are very polite, and for me that is a big thing. The whole atmosphere is very calm and peaceful it a must visit you would not be disappointed
We love going to mount Gurkha. We went again this evening and it was one of the best meals I’ve have this year. Amazing food, the loveliest staff and a relaxing setting. They’ve just refurbed it inside and it looks great. The selection of food is great too - and such high quality. Go! Highly recommend 😀
The best tasting food you will find in all of England. Everything is cooked fresh from order even naan breads.

Very authentic Nepali cuisine delicacies with typical Nepali flavour and spices. Everything we have tasted were so good and to top that, in a very reasonable price. My family and friends will be returning here in a regular basis.
Definitely one of the best place to dine. Amazing food and very friendly staff. Do not miss "Thakali Set" when you get there. Will visit again soon.

Best Nepalese food we had . We drive 45 min for try Nepalese food trust me its worth. Owner is very friendly. We tried chichen momos , Pani puri, chicken chowmins, one Nepalese chicken dish recommended by owner and Nepalese tea. It was really good. Will definitely go gain.
