Always a pleasant visit to Catterick McDonald's. The place is kept spotless and the food is always served up hot. Yesterday my daughter got a free ice cream because they thought we had waited too long for our food.
How hard is it to read an order? Missing items again. Pancake sauce instead of tomatoe sauce. Half cooked chips and the list goes on. Worst maccys going. Staff clearly cant do there job.
Rude staff, but hey what should we expect? No training on how to be respectful to EVERYONE that enters their doors.. Sort your customer service training out.. Remember customers don't just walk in and order. Customers arrive in many forms and capacities.
Visited here purely because it was the only McDonald’s that had every part of our order available!!! …
