This place is a must, we are already planning our next visit. Great atmosphere, amazing home cooked food. You can see the veg patches where the food is grown, everything is local or home grown and it tastes delicious. The couple who run the place are the friendliest people and just made this brunch date with the girls an absolute treat! We took a loaf of sourdough for tea as it looks so good! We will be back :) thank you
I am truly amazed of the hard work of these lovely people, we've had an amazing breakfast today made with homemade ingredients which was exceptionally delicious, bought some eggs in the little farm shop and grazedy eyes on the ripe tomatoes in the polytunnel, this is what I call a decent start of a day! Thank you!
Delicious breakfast baps, cakes and coffee. Fresh salads and veg grown on site. Idyllic setting, friendly people. Lovely way to while away a weekend morning.
Absolutely fabulous! Called before Easter looking for a nice leg of lamb . Had no idea this place existed despite living nearby. Wow what a find could not resist having a bacon and egg butty all home grown was the best bacon butty we had tasted ever. Fantastic relaxing surroundings and a lovely couple who are doing an amazing job! The leg of lamb was delicious as was the salad , hot cross buns, bread and eggs we purchased. Everything tasted like it used to before the supermarkets took over with mass production . I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough ,
Lovely market garden shop with fresh, home grown produce and always a welcoming smile from Amy and Hugo. The locally reared meat is delicious, we particularly recommend the bacon and lamb. Open for bacon and sausage sandwiches on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday which we can’t resist. Thoroughly recommend!

Such a gorgeous little find, tucked away in the village of Catton and offering own grown veggies and fresh from the ground salad leaves to die for. The mustard leaf on particular was so delicious. Home reared meat just the way it should be, incredible artisan bread, often still hot from the oven and other home grown produce in a farm shop style setting with delicious takeaway food. It has become a much welcome weekend staple since we moved from the city.
Fantastic pit stop for a pedal. Great coffee & lots of treats to give you that extra boost. Lovely location and loads of lovely homegrown produce. I will be back :-)
Great find, fabulous market garden. Recommend all of the meat (great for the BBQ) and the bacon sandwiches for breakfast are a must! Always a friendly welcome as well.
Currently sitting in the cosy tent with the wood burner on and waiting for Amy to deliver our coffees 😀 We’ve had so much lovely produce this year from CK, not to mention all the events, and the new fantastic ready meals and pies have been the icing on the cake!
