A very busy Costa in the heart of Caversham, pleasant surroundings with outside seating, seating and table's are clean. Service can be slow during busy times if you don't mind the wait, I had a medium latte which is always good, and a slice of Lemon and Blueberry Cake which was very good

Absolutely shocked at the experience with Dominic in Costa Caversham today.
He instructed us to keep our 18 month old daughter quiet, and I quote, told us….‘it’s not a kindergarten in here’. …
This Costa used to be one of the best in area but its very quickly becoming one of the worst. Extremely slow and unorganized staff, some of them quite rude, many tables free but not cleaned, guests have to clean and move cups and plates themselves
