To provide context to this review, we have stayed in several 4/5 Star Hotels and Inns across Dartmoor, and further afield, and The Three Crowns rates in our top 5!
Check-in and service thereafter had a personal touch and feel. All requests were met, and staff were polite, engaging and very professional. The food was first class, hot, plenty of it and very fresh.
We stayed in the suite which was very comfortable and worth the extra cost for the extra level of amenities.
We will definitely go back and can't recommend highly enough.

We had a lovely meal here Mussels and chips which were delicious followed by cheesecake and Mulled wine ice cream sorbet, not to mention a couple of glasses of mulled wine as I wasn't driving. The Christmas tree is beautifully decorated, very tasteful as is the outside which is stunning, such a lovely atmosphere and very good service from friendly staff , a delightful place to visit at any time but Christmas just lends itself to this building
