Lucky enough to pop in today. The ice-cream was incredible, never tasted anything like it. Also purchased sour dough bread and a bun. Both were amazing. Happy to travel the 2.5 hours just to go back. Incredible talented ladies, wished I bought more!

Fantastic! The only vegan option on hand was focaccia which is not usually my favourite, but Beachwood's was so good it's made me a new convert. And the take home basic sourdough is simply outstanding. Looking forward to returning whenever we're in the area!

I was walking through Chagford and there was the most incredible smell coming from Beachwood Bakery. It turned out to be a fresh batch of samosas and oh my god they were the best I’ve ever tasted. This bakery is an absolute gem and a reason alone to head to Chagford!

The seeded bread is for me, undoubtedly the King of the Breads from Julia and her team ... and that is saying something as the sourdough 'village' is also really scoffable & addictive. The cakes are far too tempting and as for the cinnamon rolls ... well lets just say, I have to strictly ration them as a treat as otherwise I wouldn't fit in my jeans! Delicious.

The highlight of my son and I's week is our scrambled eggs on Saturday morning. The fantastic sourdough from Beachwood is a major part of that. A summer highlight was the most amazing homemade ice cream. The mint was the best I've ever tasted.

Best mince pies! Lucious homemade mincemeat and light pastry. OK so they cost more than Mr Kipling - but you can't compare -these are delicious, made with love and the best ingredients and are worth every penny.

Great food. I’m glad they’re starting to write down the order as they kept getting mine wrong when they did it from memory. But now it’s much better. The food is always amazing here. My favourite bakery 🥯 🧁

We’ve hit the jackpot, here in Chagford because Beachwood Bakery produce the very best baking goods. The sourdough is the best. I don’t take flowers or bottles of wine as gifts when going to dinner. I take Beachwood’s sourdough with me. They also make sumptuous special occasion cakes and is a bakery with a conscience. I can’t sing their praises enough. The best!
