Excellent lunch at Hathaways. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the food superb. We especially enjoyed the Sark scallops and asparagus on special and the white chocolate and rhubarb dessert. The house white wine was reasonable and very enjoyable - to be honest the whole meal was excellent value for what we had. Local ingredients are used throughout the menu, which is great to see. We didn’t get a chance to try the homemade cakes but they looked really inviting too. Our afternoon was finished off with a walk around the beautiful Seigneurie gardens which are attached to the restaurant. Highly recommend booking a table here if you are visiting Sark.
