We booked a table for 28 for my daughter's 18th Birthday family meal.
The waitress, Lisa, was amazing and the food was lovely, it all came out together with no waiting around between courses.

When asked to cook further it wasn't cooked enough
The staff were brilliant, especially the two bar persons whom were working on the night of my visit as they made both myself and son right at home and acted as if we had known them for years, they are a credit to the clock tower. We also had a meal and again both dishes were sublime, with the portions being large and the price paid being very reasonable and the food was cooked to perfection.
In general the whole atmosphere within the clock tower was welcoming and cosy along with the friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices all in all I would highly recommend a visit to any one and would definitely be visiting again when I am next in the area .

The whole atmosphere was friendly, grateful that there was no canned music, just the hum of chat from other diners, Also so children talking and laughing, lovely. The bar man was friendly and easy, the service too was friendly. The meal was delicious the steaks were perfectly cooked to our specifications. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday and everything was perfect the table we were sat at was great. A thoroughly perfect evening, relaxing with great company and great food, thank you.

Fabulous staff who although were new to their roles were helpful, polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They are a credit to you and themselves.
So we booked a table for 6 people but 7 turned up... it was not a problem for the staff.. we were greeted by an exceptional young man.. the restaurant was lovely and clean and gave a welcoming feeling.. our food was amazing and the teenagers loved their chicken burgers and fries 10/10 from me
Lovely place to have some food next door to our hotel - amazing staff that were super quick and very attentive. Great prices as two for one. Really tasty food that came nice and hot. Will definitely go again! All staff greeted us with a smile and looked very happy too 🤗
I tried the burger deal on a Tuesday and greatly enjoyed it. I paid £22.50 for myself and a friend and we got two superb burgers and two pints of real ale... highly recommended.
We came to Cheltenham to see my family.
