Starbucks

Called in on Monday as I often do while nipping in and out of Preston. Got served my regular strawberry and cream Frap by a happy young lady called Tia, excellent service as always, The young lady looked under a lot of pressure as there was a fair few in the queue, asked was she working alone and smiled back saying her manager was in the back. Tia could of really done with some support. Returned on Wednesday and was served by Rachel and the service was again outstanding. Tia and Rachel are a true credit to Starbucks. Keep up the great work.

Got my caffeine boost here en route to the lake district. Coffee was great, obviously there was a little premium to pay with it being a motorway service station. Went to sit at a table which had been left in a right state, but a lady came along to clean it up immediately without being asked, and she was very nice about it.

After we visited so many other motorway services in search of food on Christmas Day we visited this Starbucks. They were about to close for the day but the gentleman and a lady were very kind and they accepted our order. We got some super hot panini’s and coffee. Food was very good. We are extremely grateful to a lady and the gentleman for the great service.

Nice place, unusual music choice as always with Starbucks, creates an ambiance not often observed in other shops. Coffee is alright, certainly nothing to complain about; Prices are a little steeper than other coffee shops. Staff are very attentive and helpful; shop is very well kept and extremely clean. Overall would recommend.
