The food was great and the restaurant is nice. Let down slightly by the service, which we found slow and not very attentive.

Great food lovely staff. Very knowledgeable about allergies. However service is very slow. Last two visits just two of us took an hour to get our main.

Fabulous food and great service from all the staff, Jay is a star! Lovely interior, very clean and a treat to have linen table cloths and napkins!

Mediocre and this was mainly due to large table which was excessively noisy and being so close to our table meant it was very difficult to hold a conversation or hear each other.
Service was incredibly slow
Air con made it very cold but when turned off became quite oppressive - no happy medium unfortunately
Staff were quite difficult when it came to paying. People wanted to pay their individual bill but they wanted us to pay one lump sum
No baby change facilities - had to change tiny babies on toilet floor, no bin for dirty nappies
Quite disconcerting that random 'guests' from hotel just wander in and our of the restaurant
Overall pretty disappointing and I will not be rushing to return

Extremely pleasant and kind people. The service attitude is aim to please and cater for your individual needs.
Food is delightful and delicious. WAs recommend and did not disappoint. 6 stars out of 5. We will return.

What a wonderful gem this is. Got to say by far this is the best Indian restaurant in Medway. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond. You are not rushed in the slightest and the food is without doubt worth the wait. I’ve been here for small and intimate as well as very large family occasions.
Don’t wait a minute longer give this absolute treasure a try.

Walked into this beautiful restaurant this evening to collect food to take out. The staff were most welcoming and the atmosphere of the place was just lovely. I will most definitely visit The Sultan at some time to eat in the restaurant, such a wonderful setting. The food was absolutely delicious.

Amazing service!! Great disabled access. Food was amazing definitely will come again! Celebrating my mums birthday and received a free bottle of Prosecco the perfect ending to a perfect meal!!

Incredible food. I've been a few times now and food keeps being great. Only slight issue is that service the last time I went was very slow compared to what we've had before. I imagine the chefs were short staffed or some other thing causing the delay as it was really unusual. 10/10 would recommend 👍👍
