Very nice fresh roll not many seats so you can't get a sub and sit down to eat not easy to get in line when lots are going in and out but 4stars because my sub was lovely

Everytime i have been to the subway in the pentagon they are always polite and efficient and will always make sure it is to how you like. Today was first time ordering and with delivary its always a risk where ever you order from but when my food came on my chicken salad box they wrote a message apologising for no spinach and that they added extra lettuce and to enjoy. Most places wouldnt bother explaining or replacing and when i opened my salad box it was packed unlike boxes iv had before where half is empty subway pentagon chatham deserve the 5 stars as tgey have never let me or my kids down

Exactly what you can expect from a modern subway, also having great service and enough staff. Kept clean and tidy throughout and well lit. However by design this store will get crowded and the seating is minimal in comparison to other stores.
