Not been in for a while used to be a great pub when the last landlord had it now it’s been turned into a proper old man’s pub when the younger bunch in there used to be the life of the pub I’ve heard they banned a few of the regulars and I think that’s had a massive impact on it. The bar staff are friendly and helpful here. I love visiting this pub I usually call in after I've been shopping in Stockport before going home.
Only went in for a drink and had not been in before but I felt welcome and the people and atmosphere was warm. Good beer.
Best pub in the area thus far — with nice little booths to sit in
