We visit the white Hart on a regular basis and the food and service has always been brilliant. We went for Christmas dinner this year and it was fabulous from start to finish. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful, the service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Well done to all the team.
Had a excellent New Years eve meal here today. All three courses were very nice and superb value for money. First rate service too. Many Thanks.
We booked an area for Christmas Eve as we and a group of us (35 people +) are always there. (Plus being there fairly regularly throughout the year).

Literally just walked in with my dad and sister on Christmas Day evening and the woman behind the bar rudely said “you can’t come in unless you’ve got a booking” so we said okay and left which was fine, but then as we left I heard the woman …
An incredible selection of draught beers, but one of the rarest of them all, Bass, is here on tap. It's worth it just to try this gem. Very quick and friendly service. Usual classic pub vibe, people having a convo after work, etc. Very nice indeed.
