First time in here. We've already booked for Christmas Day so thought we better try the food out and so glad we did. What a lovely place to eat. Food was superb, mixed grill was cooked to perfection. And the service was second to none. Really looking forward to Christmas Dinner now, keep up the good work guys!

On our arrival Olivia was so helpful and welcoming, and Scott was was an efficient and friendly smiley face at breakfast, which was delicious. Cozy pub atmosphere, and splendid tasteful comfortable room 4. A delightful stay. We’ll be back.

Stayed here for one night, nice clean rooms with bathtub which is always a bonus. Food was fantastic. Special thanks to Cal for helping me with some lost items in my room. Customer service 10/10

Popped in for a drink on Friday night. Lovely atmosphere in the pub, friendly welcoming staff and a good choice of beer. We were especially impressed with the wide range of alcohol free drinks available. Would definitely return.

First time visiting this pub and it made a great impression, clean, welcoming & attentive staff, and fast paced service. We sat in the pub section and the bar woman Nikita did a great job at taking our order and drinks. Will definitely be back!!!

Visited this afternoon with my husband for a drink and after seeing some delicious meals passing us by being, served to customers, we ended up having an impromptu meal to save cooking when home.
The very lovely Karen greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us to our table and gave some personal recommendations of dishes. I chose the Hunters Chicken followed by the Apple & Blackberry crumble pie with custard. My husband chose the Mixed Grill and the Eton mess. All meals were delicious, hot, well presented and were good portions. Brilliant recommendations from Karen. The whole atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. All the other staff we saw were friendly, polite and welcoming. We had a lovely afternoon there and look forward to taking some family and friends along for our next visit.

Visited recently, was a bit out of the way for me and the family however had good recommendations from friends. Food was great and service was excellent. A lad with black hair called Kian I think I remember, made our experience that little bit better with his good service and being understanding about our allergies and some issues we had.
4 stars as a bit out of the way however not really their fault!

We came in as a table of 5 on the 5/7/23. What a Lovely place to visit, very friendly and happy staff. Food was pleasantly unexpected, was expecting just normal pub grub. But it came out looking and tasting like a fine dining meal. Not way overpriced very good value for money. We will definitely be visiting again.

Had a great stay here before an early flight from Manchester Airport. The staff were attentive and helpful showing us to our room and making sure we had everything we needed and offering to help with our bags. The room was really nice and comfortable and spotless.
We ate in the restaurant that evening and again the staff were brilliant and the food was really tasty. Even though we left early it was really simple and straightforward and only 10min to the airport. A great find.
