Needed a venue for a family Christmas get together central to Kent Stratford Romford and Wheeley guided by Tripadvisor my daughter booked for 11 of us. Made very welcome from arrival till leaving. We went for Xmas lunch menu wasnt dissapointed we had 2 gluten free requirements which was catered for with no problem off the menu. The venue was great we were left to our own divices of wearing silly hats etc and playing pass the parcel and santas secret presants. Service for meal and the meal was great with regular visits by staff for drinks and supplied with jugs of water. An all round great experience can highly recommend The Windmill would like to thank all the staff for making a great day for my Family.

Superb meal. So happy that Mick and Lydia have taken on this pub. Despite having a really busy dining room, they made our first experience very special. Signature lobster ravioli starter was fab (we all had it), fillet steaks perfect, lovely sea bream and exquisite duck dish. Desserts to same standard. Very happy to recommend to all our friends.
