Honestly coming to this café was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the aesthetic to the gorgeous cakes (the cakes are miles better than your bog-standard Costa/Starbucks ones...the carrot cake is the best I've ever had) I can't fault this establishment. The iced vanilla latte was a generous portion size and a refreshing respite on a hot summer's day and the servers were so friendly and accommodating.
Tiptree is definitely going to be a staple place to stop by when meeting up with friends.
Had a lovely cold apple juice in there with a piece of carrot cake. It was so peaceful and relaxing in there. You can buy Tiptree gifts in there as well . The staff are very pleasant and helpful you out at every possible point. There are plenty of seats and they have a upstairs you can eat and drink in. They also have a lift. I will be going back there again . I recommend this as you can shop and eat .
We had traditional eanglish breakfast tea with scones and all 4 of us enjoyed it. Lovely big scones, choice of tea, quality jam and milk. We have been missing sugar, not that we needed but I would expect it with a tea. Very nicely decorated for Halloween. Do have inside and outside sitting area. We have been served very quickly. Surrounding have been clean, mask still required inside. Friendly customer service.
Tiptree very kindly accommodated our bridal shower this weekend. Fantastic communication, cake and bubbles! Very friendly, helpful staff - I would definitely recommend. Thanks Tiptree!
Visited this place twice last week. Such a nice place to meet friends for coffee etc. Nice to be able to sit outside and people watch and chat. My friend and I had latte coffees and I had some champagne and strawberry cheesecake 😋.

A really nice place for a drink and a bite to eat.
We had afternoon tea here and it was excellent. The staff were friendly, the tea and coffee was very nice and the food was delicious. Warm fresh scones, full sized proper toasted or non-toasted sandwiches of your choice and full sized cakes which we couldn't finish so was given a box to take home. Also unlimited drinks all for a great price. We are excited to return here in the future.
Nice Cream Tea choices. Service was quite slow - waited nearly 10 minutes for a waitress. Eventually, I went up to the waitress at reception and asked could we place an order. Lacks some atmosphere - the place is lovely and clean but very clinical in appearance - sitting not particularly comfortable either!
