Booked for the annual Christmas evening around the fire pit with a tipsy Snowman. Such a wonderful place, family friendly and I highly recommend the Halloumi strips, may be the best thing I've ever tasted! Honestly can't tell you how lovely it is. Make sure to wrap up warm as it is outside. ❤️

We have stopped in a couple of times on our weekend bike rides. The bacon sandwiches and coffee are great, and judging by the heaving plates being carried past, the breakfasts are enormous and tasty. Very cycle friendly, and service is excellent too.

I have been meaning to pop to The BakeHouse for a while and it was as comforting and delicious as I had expected! The interior is stunning, set off of a main road it is in a quiet location. We were greeted with a smile and given the option to pick where to sit, which personally I love. The menu was great and all vegan and gluten free options were included on one menu. Food and drinks came out promptly and there was nothing that I could fault at all. The gluten free bread which they toasted was the best I have ever tried! We couldn't leave without trying some of their beautiful sweet treats which are all made in house. Again, they had a great variety of gluten free options. After this mornings visit we can't wait to come back to try lunch and dinner 😊

We’ve been coming to the Bakehouse for a few years now and always enjoy the lovely cakes, treats and drinks. When it came to our wedding and looking for a wedding cake we knew we had to ask Bakehouse if they could help us out (as this wasn’t something that was advertised) and without hesitation the lovely Sam met with us to discuss our ideas. The Bakehouse team are always so lovely and the cake Sam made for us in her own time was amazing. We had a delicious 4 tier cake (made up of Victoria sponge, chocolate and red velvet) which all guests loved too. 100% would recommend - for a wedding cake or a nice treat in the gardens when the sun is out. Thank you so much ❤️

Good food but they need to improve their customer service. Half of the breakfast order was sent out, and we had to ask at the rest after waiting 10 minutes. Nobody checked on us after first half was sent out

My tuna and mayo sandwiche in granary, once returned after sending it back because the bread on the top was rock hard and curling, was delicious. Loads of filling. Great value. Huge portion. One sandwich would have fed myself and a friend. Good service with friendly accommodating staff.

Outdoor setting was brilliant and the fire pita great addition to the buzz and atmosphere of the place. The food was FANTASTIC! It was super busy and after visiting now know why. Thoroughly recommend.
