Sausage bap with brown sauce, hot chocolate and berry tea. Very nice!
Visited for a short coffee break with friends. Ordered Hot Chocolate, Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk, Mini Flat White with Short Bread.. Enjoyed a lot
I am a big costa fan and have been for the last 18 months in Chelmsford. Easy to get to one of their outlets and the staff are always kind and courteous. Thank you team costa

Went in at the end of the night and ordered the Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolate. It was delicious and the staff member who made it went above and beyond and was really lovely! Forgot to get her name or i would include it in the review haha :)
Not the best of venues at lunchtime for a catchup with a friend you haven't seen for years. It was very noisy,there was a group of workers ot students behind us and they were having very a loud conversation between them. It was much calmer after they finished and left the cafe. The coffee and tea cake we had was nice. Service was quite slow. I had to tell one of the assistants about the sad state of the toilet I used. Looked as though it hadnt been cleaned that day. Would not rush back.

Staff generally friendly, patient, professional.

Seating is varied, but it can fill up ... Feel there could be more tables for 1 or 2.
Never had any issues with the coffee.
The couple of toilets are in demand but I've not ever seen them in a poor state.
Always thought the snacks are poor value, but that's Costa for you.
The sitting area is spacious, it will be able to enter comfortably with a stroller. fast service. My favorite coffee is gingerbread latte 👍

Amazing coffee and very kind staffs...
My first visit to this branch. Very efficient counter staff. Drinks were ready as soon as we had paid. Thats a first in my experience. The lemon muffin was yummy.
