Went in at the end of the night and ordered the Terry’s chocolate orange hot chocolate. It was delicious and the staff member who made it went above and beyond and was really lovely! Forgot to get her name or i would include it in the review haha :)
Not the best of venues at lunchtime for a catchup with a friend you haven't seen for years. It was very noisy,there was a group of workers ot students behind us and they were having very a loud conversation between them. It was much calmer after they finished and left the cafe. My first visit to this branch. Very efficient counter staff. Drinks were ready as soon as we had paid. Thats a first in my experience. The lemon muffin was yummy.

Enjoyable experience, good coffee, and very pleasant staff, but when it is busy I end up with a flat white with chocolate instead a cappuccino, paying good money for a drink you don't want. Please can you have somebody regularly checking the toilets it is probably the biggest problem not all Cost
Costa have slowly improved over the years we have been going into their establishment s. We much prefer the flavour of their coffees over that of say their rival Starbucks. The ambience of their utlets is nicer too. So much so that we have a coffee machine that makes Costa varieties at home.
