We prefer Yasmin over any Indian restaurant in Chelmsford or may other we have been to, bold comment I know. The staff are very friendly, the food is amazing, the restaurant it's self looks very posh and elegant, very clean and well presented and really not expensive at all. Would highly recommend.
Food is good here for a very reasonable price but the draw back is the service you receive. One of the host serving is always in a hurry to clear the table without really asking if we are finished eating.🤨
The food was very nice, there was a large choice.
The waiter was polite and friendly.
The decor was new looking with clean white table cloths.
There was parking at the rear.
The only minus was the music which although not too loud, I think should be background and not modern.
I would go again.
I've eaten here since it opened. Generally the food is good. However, it is outstanding at the moment. I've eaten some of the best curries ever in this place. I reckon it's worth a try if you live in Chelmsford and like curry. It's also very reasonable in terms of price.
Living in Great Baddow this is my number 1 Indian Restaurant to go to. The food is always top quality and the staff are very attentive. Being a regular you get to know the staff members to the point that they have memorised your regular order! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good meal with good service.
Delicious lunch very accommodating only three of us in the restaurant but know it has a good atmosphere in the evening. Just one thing I would like to mention. Lampshades dusty and a few cobwebs round fitting. Vegetable curry, medium chicken curry and tikka masala all delicious as were the onion baji. Could not fault the food
The food is incredible every time we order or eat in, staff are very friendly, place is very clean and well presented, very refined and welcoming at the same time, would recommend it to anyone as truly worth a visit
Been there many times, always had great service and good food. Was once The Carpenters Arms. My parents had their wedding reception there. Big beer garden at the back that is no longer used. A shame, they should do curry in the garden through the summer.
First visit to Yasmin Indian Brasserie and what a great experience. The food was amazing one of the best Indian meals I have had and the staff were always courteous and attentive. Can’t wait to go back.
It's not Yasmin's anymore. Spice lounge now nice food but the prices have rocketed
