Ordering for the first time. Ordered 6 burger with fries and cold drinks. Out of 6, 2 burgers didn't have top buns. Rest of the meal was good. Got disappointed with it. Hope next time the order is complete and perfect. Thanks.

Lamb ‘regular’ on the mixed grill was so tough and fatty I couldn’t chew it apart and had to spit the last piece out because it was too large to swallow, the chicken ‘4 mini Fillet’ was basically fish fingers. Called them and they were very unhelpful. First time using them and very disappointed.

Food is amazing. The service and delivery time is very good also I would say that skewers is the best kebab grill restaurant in Essex.

Quality food and good service!!
Really great food, always love it here. Missed some fries off my order tonight, had no delivery drivers (from just-eat) as it was so late, but they took the time to drive to my house and bring it to me themselves! Was a bit frustrated it was missed at first but these guys going out their way for me was really appreciated and showed they really do care about the customer! Thanks again guys! Will be ordering again soon!

Ordered through deliveroo. Food never arrived. We called them when it was 20 minutes late but they weren't accepting calls. Deliveroo attempted but could not get through. At the 2 hour mark they marked it as delivered which was obviously a lie. Would never order from them again which is disappointing as we used to really enjoy the food from here

The delivery was incredibly slow - the Skewers page on uber eats was claiming 15-20mins....but then delay after delay.... we called several times, each time to be told 'its with your driver, 5-10 min max'. But the driver finally turned up 2 hours later and was very rude. Instead of being apologetic, they seemed to blame it on our address...and on google maps (no one else has EVER had difficulty finding our address). To make matters worse, the kebab was missing salad and sauce. AVOID!!!

Decided to give these guys another try, after previously having bad service on the delivery times. I ordered our food at 19.35 and it said delivery in 60 minutes, I called them up at 20.42 to be told food still hadn't left and that mine was next to leave and would be delivered in 20 minutes, I had to call again at 21.10 to be informed that my food still hadn't left and was still next to leave. Food finally arrived at 21.45, over 2 hours after I ordered it. This is totally unacceptable and very poor service. This is now 3 times your delivery has been shocking and I will definitely not be using you again. It's such a shame, as the food is a good quality and always hot.

Ordered from here last night and it turned up 2 hours after I ordered it. It said on the Uber eats app that it would arrive at 19:05-19:25, but arrived at 20:45. The food was cold and didn’t look fresh in the slightest. I wouldn’t order from here again and I wouldn’t recommend.
