Wonderfully surprised that one of the best Coffee chains finally found its way into Chelmsford. Staff are polite and friendly. The cafe has will wonderful decor and a fair bit of seating room, with a very nice view. The atmosphere is relaxed and quite refined. Quality of food and drinks are also to a high standard, with their carbon neutral coffee blend, exquisite sandwiches and delicious handmade cakes. I also really recommend picking up a loyalty card (free drink for every 10 purchased). The only qualm I have is that the prices are higher here than other Benugo branches, but the products are still worth the price.

Cafetería de calidad dentro de John Lewis, hay bastantes mesas pero van un poco cortos de stock de producto Esta bastante escondida en la primera planta. Supongo que por eso no tiene toda la clientela que tendría en otro sitio. Precios correctos, personal escaso pero competente, servicios en la propia cafetería a parte de los de Lewis. La única pega es que cierran antes que Lewis y alguna vez los he hechado en falta
