Always consistently well ballenced flavour & so much more relaxing & much better service than the other Starbucks in the shopping centre which is a franchise. Very sadly closing on 1/08/19 due to high rent prices. A very sad day as the staff are really nice & thier coffee excellent.

5*'s for Dave! I look forward to my 06:30 coffee on Fridays as I know I will be greeted with great customer service! Good friendly chat and a good coffee to wake me up! We need more Dave's in this world.

Pleasent visit to this Starbucks the WiFi is good and you get a good signal , baristas are very professional and make a very good flat white and offerd a good level of customer service the que was quite big but went down quite quick due to the efficient staff

Never been a fan of the service provided by this store. Last few weeks employee Dave has made it a great experience. Customer service 5 stars. 4 stars overall due to poor experience previously

Use the app to pay to collect points. Comfortable venue to visit but don't like that they allow dogs, seems unhygienic.

Love love love their new coconut milk range. So happy as its all I drink at home and nice to have it here and made properly nice and frothy mocha. Staff friendly and down to earth. Also had their gluten free chicken and pesto do dah. That was actually very nice. I'm not on a gluten free diet just thought I'd try it and was very happy with it.

I like this place. It has a very chilled out feel to it, never had any issues with staff, they're always helpful so when other reviews state differently I do wonder what they're expecting.....it's nothing special its just a coffee shop. My only issue with starbucks is the filter coffee, you can never guarantee the taste!. For those reviews saying it's poor, if you want poor go to Costa round the corner.....that's shocking!!!

Good coffee and friendly staff. Usually a queue but that's to be expected as it's on the highstreet. Feels like it could do with a bit of a revamp inside, new seating and layout etc.
