One of the best Subway’s I've ever tried and the best in Chelmsford for sure! The employees are so kind and helpful and constantly have a beautiful smile on their face, making the customers feel at ease to place orders.

Waiting for my sandwich to be made and witnessed “The most toxic workplace” I’ve been to.
Literally seeing the manager / supervisor arguing with her colleague over “someone turned off the music” and blamed her colleague non stop during my 20 minutes of waiting.
In the end, she just dumped the sand
Neat and clean outlet. Properly maintained and sanitized as necessary. Visited recently for a sub. Made it just the way I told. Professional staff. A nice place to hangout or chill with friends near the university.
