One of the best Subway’s I've ever tried and the best in Chelmsford for sure! The employees are so kind and helpful and constantly have a beautiful smile on their face, making the customers feel at ease to place orders.
Very clean and organised with free parking behind the store.
Food was delicious and tastes so much better from this store than at other Subway’s I’ve been to.
Definitely highly recommended.

Waiting for my sandwich to be made and witnessed “The most toxic workplace” I’ve been to.
Literally seeing the manager / supervisor arguing with her colleague over “someone turned off the music” and blamed her colleague non stop during my 20 minutes of waiting.
In the end, she just dumped the sandwich bag in my hand rather than passing over nicely.
Drama over music… 😂
Subway. Please sort out your employees’ relationships. It affects customer service quality Badly. 🙃
