Quick access location off Drum Hill/Route 3. Not the fastest Drive Thru, but orders are always accurate. The takeout counter is open (no dine-in currently, though) and the staff is very friendly.

Its a Burger King. The dining room was closed for the longest, then finally re-opened & now it looks closed again. Popular place, but the druve-thru line does move along. Lots of coupons available in mail/circulars & from newspapers. Great deals!

I had to wait a long time for my food even in the Drive-Thru. But the manager was very apologetic and friendly about it. They got my order right so that's why they get four stars.

Really long line... unintelligible foreign voice from speaker... "huh?" BUT... 2 whoppers for 5 bucks... better training needed... and better speakers

Lady taking orders at the drive through is extremely rude. Doesn’t have basic customer service and language skills, yelling at customers saying “Huh?!”. Literally got my order wrong and refused to give back my credit card because she forgot it was In her hand while yelling and slamming the drive through window open and closed. 0 stars would not ever recommend

Won't even give it 1 star waited 5 min to get to speaker, they proceeded to completely clear the line in front of me and then had to wait another 5 min was in line 15 min before I even ordered, four cars went around me leaving without ordering because of the wait. I only went back because I had a work meeting and couldn't go to my new BK, had been going to another BK 10 miles out of my way because the typical wait is s usually 10 min to get food at chelmsford

I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes there’s a line for no reason and it is taking FOREVER!!! Here on 2/3/21 at 7. This NEEDS to change!!!
