I cannot big this place up enough. The food, the staff, the customers the whole atmosphere spot on. If you are not sure about the food please try a taster night where you can try an arrangement of different dishes and next time you visit you can order what you like best. Even if you go just once in a lifetime it's a must.

My favourite restaurant in Cheltenham. It’s a wonderful family run business and every single meal on their menu is stunning. They also do great vegan and veggie dishes and their fish dishes are gorgeous too. Highly recommend the goat curry!

Had an amazing meal here with friends. Great tasty food. All the plates we ordered looked lovely and I can personally vouch for the salted fish starter and the goat curry main. The curry was lovely and rich with a good level of spices... not hot. There's also a good selection of Caribbean drinks from red stripe to special rums and cocktails. Inside you can see the guys preparing and cooking food and the staff are friendly and talkative.

After weeks of trying to get a table, we were fortunate enough to book one last night for the taster menu. It was a great experience!! The staff were lovely, the atmosphere was fantastic & the food was delicious. Also, it's very reasonably priced so it ticked all of our boxes. We will definitely be back :)

We absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and authentic. Wendy’s Rum Punch is amazing. Portions and price is spot on. All of the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend Marinades for a lovely meal, atmosphere and a true Caribbean taste! We will be back time and time again :-)

Really nice buffet food for a works leaving do. Nice big portions, very tasty and very reasonably priced. Staff were very attentive and there were veggie and gluten free options for those that needed so. Will definitely be back for more

We ate there last night and the food was amazing! Tried dishes I wouldn't ever order and loved them. Such a good idea to try new and different things and soo reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.

There's something about this place that made me feel really good tonight, it could have been the food, the service or the music - all were good. It's the sort of place that you don't want to leave because it's so relaxed. Should I come back to Cheltenham again, then I'll definitely pop back here...even if it's just to see Mavis smile 😊. Thank you for a very pleasant evening.

Really really great food. The flavours of all the dishes were immense. Only two criticisms are the portion sizes vs the cost. (was expecting to be full after a three course dinner) and the lack of willingness to split a large party bill into smaller group bills. Would go back again, but would make sure I had a big lunch 1st. Very very tasty food though!

Great place, with fantastic fish and spicy food. It's spiced but with a colorful flavour, not just hot. Reasonable price. Fantastic staff. It has a patio too! Good deals during the week days and also they make a taster session once a month.
