Had an amazing meal here with friends. Great tasty food. All the plates we ordered looked lovely and I can personally vouch for the salted fish starter and the goat curry main. The curry was lovely and rich with a good level of spices... not hot. There's also a good selection of Caribbean drinks

We absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and authentic. Wendy’s Rum Punch is amazing. Portions and price is spot on. All of the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend Marinades for a lovely meal, atmosphere and a true Caribbean taste!

Really nice buffet food for a works leaving do. Nice big portions, very tasty and very reasonably priced. Staff were very attentive and there were veggie and gluten free options for those that needed so. Will definitely be back for more

We ate there last night and the food was amazing! Tried dishes I wouldn't ever order and loved them. Such a good idea to try new and different things and soo reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.
There's something about this place that made me feel really good tonight, it could have been the food, the service or the music - all were good. It's the sort of place that you don't want to leave because it's so relaxed. Should I come back to Cheltenham again, then I'll definitely pop back here...e

Great place, with fantastic fish and spicy food. It's spiced but with a colorful flavour, not just hot. Reasonable price. Fantastic staff. It has a patio too! Good deals during the week days and also they make a taster session once a month.
Discovered this place slightly by accident whilst exploring Cheltenham today and have to say it was an excellent find !. Really lovely food, friendly staff, great drinks and super value - the goat was delicious. Thoroughly recommended and will certainly be back if we make it back to Cheltenham again
Good food and friendly, helpful, service. Great choice of gluten free and vegan options on the menu. Chocolate mango brownie with coconut icecream is one of the best desserts I've had in a long time.
Staff and owners were very good, the drinks very nice the food well good size good amount of meat ..and we would love to come and try the taste menu and bring other family members. Also good music playing all round good atmosphere.
Attended a group supper recently where Marinades laid on a buffet. What a wonderful selection of food and flavours! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and they showed huge enthusiasm for the food they were offering.A really good evening in a relaxing and convivial local restaura

Leisurely setting with incredible food - you wouldn't know until you went in! I've had A LOT of Carribbean food Marinades is well up there with the best - the guava pork steaks - good lord!
A family owned Caribbean restaurant offering superb traditional 'home style' cooked food with a great selection of drinks, to suit all palettes and all served within a friendly happy atmosphere. Marvellous.
