I would say probably one of the best restaurants I've ever been to in Cheltenham. We went for a Christmas dinner for two and it was absolutely fabulous, delicious, nourishing, comforting and all in between that you could ask from a three course gourmet meal. Everything was fresh, hot, the pasta was cooked al dente and with high-end ingredients. If you love Italian food, this is the place to go. The staff was very friendly, always checking on us, making sure everything is okay. The food was served fast and spot on, we didn't have to wait much in between courses. A big plus was them offering two shots of Bailey's on the house, which we didn't expect. We left happy and satisfied, so I highly recommend this restaurant and I cannot wait to go back!
Bit slow to have orders taken (only 2 girls on shift it seemed) so ended up ordering by QR code which we had a good experience with.
You send your order to the kitchen and can add more items on later e.g drinks, dessert and pay the total all from the web page.
Calamari was delicious with the dip, opted for the large portion which was perfect to share.
Mains and desserts were equally as delicious. Loved the frilly pasta!
Music was a little louder than expected (as far as restaurant music goes)
Lovely food as always, with great customer service. The lighting was lovely in a great atmosphere. The desserts were unevenly given, compared to those I dined with.
We had a voucher to use, and personally I’d never eaten in ASK before!
We certainly weren’t disappointed. Three courses were had, and each one was really good. We had Chicken Lecca-Lecca and N’duja & Cheese Dough Bites to start, simply yum!
For mains we went for the pizza, the Salami Misti, finished off with the Blood Orange Chocolate Tart and Baked Chocolate Gnocchi.
A lovely meal, we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend
Meal for approximately 18 all meals were served together including starter, main and dessert. The food was extremely good, with a wide choice on the menu. The atmosphere was friendly. Good mix of age groups, and I would definitely recommend it.
We were served by a waiter called Jack who was very presentable and efficient. He was very polite and made the whole experience very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and well kept and the food was well presented and good value for money.
Would definitely recommend.
A fantastic visit to ASKitalian in Cheltenham Gloucestershire. The staff are brilliant, polite, professional and extremely friendly. Nothing they can't do. The manager was work very hard too in support of her staff and customers. Was great to see leadership back in the game as so many businesses they are normally not seen! The place was very clean and tidy, nothing out of place, all tables bussed and ready to go. Comfortable seating with various ares in and outside to suit your needs. The food was really really nice, great quality ingredients and A great range of choices including a varied drinks list. The prices were all very reasonable. I would totally recommend ASKitalian to anyone who is looking for that "little extra" we don't seem to be able to find with the regular chains...who seem to of given up on customers satisfaction. Thank you everyone your doing a fantastic job. Much appreciated
Food was lovely. Staff were very friendly, had a lovely evening Gluten free options were available. Very pleased with our evening would dine here again.
