First time here and definitely will not be the last! I loved it. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this hotel is by far one of the best I have ever stayed in. I knew that when I saw the Bentley parked outside I had made a good choice! Reception was clean, welcoming and the staff were lovely. I loved the fact the receptionist took me to my room and told me a little bit about the hotel, she didn't just 'point me in the right direction'. I ordered room service and they catered for my dietary requirements without hesitation and it was so quick! The room itself was beautiful, in fact the whole place was just lovely! I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome afternoon & evening at #hotelduvincheltenham. Lovely hotel room and amazing meal in the bistro. The staff were so helpful, Noel and a lovely young Slovakian lady, whose name I didn't get were amazing and really looked after us, thank you so much. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ☺
