As the rest of the store the cafe is high quality. We often go there for the bacon sandwich, iced bun and coffee or tea. Always great service and high quality food and drink.

I'm really surprised about this store's refurbishment.
At one point it was earmarked for closure, and recently it's become trendy again.
Obviously the foodhall is the highlight for M&S, but the clothing range is decent and varied.
The future seems bright for Marks and Spencer and this store in Chelt

I used this branch of M&S whilst I was staying in Cheltenham - it was the nearest food store to where I was staying (the quality is always good with M&S) Glad to see that it is still open.

Staff are very friendly here. The lovely Lady on the till made a point to only scan items when I was ready so that I didn't end up with a backlog to pack away. It was the end of the day and I got some great food bargains. Also a really good selection of greeting cards, my family appreciate the M&
I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon but there was a member of staff to ask where something was. We didn't have to wait at the till. We got the food we wanted. Also the clothes all looked great and saw. Lots of pieces I wanted. So think I'll be going back soon. Great store.
