Grace in the cafe was amazing in sorting me a gluten free afternoon tea. I had been in to Evesham the previous day that informed me they didn't do them and needed to go to Cheltenham. When I got there just after 2pm they had no GF sandwiches, Grace went out of her way to find some. Fantastic service and a lovely afternoon tea. Thanks M and S for now providing them

convenient location, just in Cheltenham city center. Good quality, fair prices. 2023 summer clothes for women and men seem well designed,fresh and modern. Clean and tidy shop.
About the food hall I love the salmon, which I found out a rasonable price , porcions,4 pieces £10 pounds in comparison with other places in the market .

As the rest of the store the cafe is high quality. We often go there for the bacon sandwich, iced bun and coffee or tea. Always great service and high quality food and drink.

Everything I need in one shop . good service but absolutely detest the self service tills , they never scan my sparks card so come on m&s everyone hates them.the customer is always right.we don't want new technology we want a friendly face and a smile ton a till that people can't understand.rant over.
