It has be about 5 years since I left Costa as employee and I have not seen any smile behind the counter and not a great customer service until… today I have to do something near by and I fell like the old days they were absolutely stunning they were friendly and helpful with every customer that I seen them serving.
I was so pleased to see that and happy as customer service can be very basic or not even a smile, I am sure they both will do great in life as they were above and beyond

Visited Costa today Thurs 24th at 8.30am. The assistant was really lovely and polite, despite big queue she remained calm.

Really good location as right by the docks where there is a cinema, restaurants and shops. Nice staff and a clean room. Nothing exceptional about the hotel it’s what you expect in a Travelodge
