McDs are normally grubby and the food filling but tasteless. This one had probably the best service and was the cleanest with perfectly cooked food I've been to in years. Well done Cheltenham McDs!

Unfortunately, out of control of the McDonald’s staff, they have to deal with unruly kids who come and make the environment a challenging place for those wanting to dine in

Hot food served fast for you to eat close to all the waste society's lazy people can't be bothered to collect together and put in a bin that is literally 5m away.

Cheapest food in an overpriced High Street. Avoid between 3.30pm and 5.30pm when the schoolkids dominate the restaurant. And the street outside. But why are the fries always undercooked and indigestible? Not just at this branch. I reckon the head office accountants cut 30 seconds off the frying time and saved £1000's on electricity. Burger King fries are so much better these days, fully cooked.

Fine as far as mcdonalds go, however, the maggots in the sauce dispensers is repulsive, says a lot about the cleaning standards..

Went mid afternoon on a sunday. I ordered on the self order screen. Waiting time wasnt too bad, about 5 minutes or so but not many tables available. Other customers dont really distance so somewhat awkward when waiting with other customers walking past, hence the score

Every single one of them works so hard! The taste of the food is good, keeping the standard of fast food! I love this store!
