Ample parking, loads of selection and fairly standard shopping experience.
Nice place to shop and mostly have good, tasty products. The hot chicken tikka masala curry used to be very nice and we bought at least 2 per week - the last few weeks though price has gone up a pound and the quality, taste and quantity has gone down substantially. Was our favourite supermarket curry but will not buy anymore :(
Quality is good, not the cheapest, plenty of free parking, has everything you need, but not always the variety of products

Clean well lit store with helpful staff. Did feel the coffee shop levels of service need improving and cutlery not as clean I'd have expected from M and S! If high street retail is to survive every little detail counts and customer service must be consistently exemplary. I do feel M and S is slipping in these areas.
