Nice place to shop and mostly have good, tasty products. The hot chicken tikka masala curry used to be very nice and we bought at least 2 per week - the last few weeks though price has gone up a pound and the quality, taste and quantity has gone down substantially. Was our favourite supermarket curry but will not buy anymore :(

Excellent customer service . The manager and staff were amazing following a mix up with a food order.

Great out of town standalone store. Good choice of food stuff available .

Extremely helpful staff with a huge selection of quality food and very reasonably priced

Quality is good, not the cheapest, plenty of free parking, has everything you need, but not always the variety of products

Love this store! The staff are always friendly and acknowledge customers presence with a 'Good morning' or other salutation. Great choice on every level. Spotlessly clean and foods really well displayed. Great customer shopping experience 5*

Always good food. Staff go about their jobs efficiently. Ample parking. Fairly fast service. Good range of products. Fairly priced

Clean well lit store with helpful staff. Did feel the coffee shop levels of service need improving and cutlery not as clean I'd have expected from M and S! If high street retail is to survive every little detail counts and customer service must be consistently exemplary. I do feel M and S is slipping in these areas.
