Had such an amazing time at Nigel and Gow’s Thai cooking class! Both couple and Gow’s sister were very welcoming and friendly. Gow’s knowledge in Thai cuisine translates in her delicious tasting food that she makes. Indeed very passionate about food and it’s a delight watching her cook and learning from her. Good advice and tips on how to make authentic Thai dishes. Good class size as well. Very casual and comfortable environment with very entertaining banter between Nigel and Gow and the participants 😆. Did Class Menu 1 which is most people’s favourite / popular Thai dishes. So so incredibly tasty and delicious!!! 👍👍👍👍👍 Gow makes Thai cooking looks so easy and quick to do! Definitely a hidden gem to be checked out for take away meals or cooking classes! Highly recommend the cooking classes. Will register for my next class - Class Menu 2 😀

Highly recommended - Refreshing fun hugely generous Thai cooking experience in a purpose built kitchen ! 2 kids and myself learnt how to cook 4 delicious dishes - Spring rolls, Pad Thai, Green Thai chicken and Tom Yum. Kaew is amusing, very down to earth and shares all her secrets to producing delicious Thai - even the best brand coconut cream to buy, where to get the freshest produce at cheapest prices, the secrets to non gluey noodles, now to keep your pastes, palm sugar ... They provided us with HUGE servings of each meal and even take away ! I can highly recommend this courses for everyone - especially those kids who need to learn to cook for themselves and not rely on take away. Great hugely generous (in every sense) cooking class. Original Thai not only have take away but also sell their home made sauces to public and hopefully soon to hit the shelves of grocery stores THANKS KAEW & NIGEL for this unforgettable memorable experience

Do not go anywhere else to learn but here! Welcomed and learnt from Kaew how to make delicious Tom Kha Ghai, Chicken Massaman Curry, Deep Fried Fish With Chilli/Tamarind Sauce and Steamed Crabmeat Wonton Dumplings as part of class 2 this weekend. Between Nigel and Kaew, there is a lot of fun to be had in the kitchen as you prepare and participate in the cooking. The meals are served to you as well so you can know just how good the food is. You won't be hungry as the servings are large, the food is hot and the taste is out of this world. A must have for anyone wanting to get an authentic experience without leaving Melbourne.

The class was fantastic! it was me and my fiance's first cooking class. I have cooked thai food before but the insights and tips and tricks that I receive from the chef was WOW! very useful and adds more flavour and more authentic taste to the dishes! highly recommended for any level or experience of cooking. Kaenkaew brings passion and beautiful positive energy to the class. Her husband Nigel is also very hospitable and very friendly! Thanks so much to the whole team for the experience. We will definitely come again for the second menu.

Four of us attended Kaew's Cooking School day on Saturday and had a great time. It was lots of fun, we did a little work (but only a little) and learned how to prepare some great dishes - Pad Thai, Green Curry, Spring Rolls, Tom Yum soup. We 'taste tested,' ie scoffed, heaps and heaps and took more home with us. Highly recommended as a great gift for the would-be chef in your household - and you'll be the winner!
