Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill

Salsas Mexican Restaurant is at times really good as well as being really disappointing at times, the food is pretty good the Potato Chips are amazing, which is strange for Chips to be the highlight on a Mexican menu.. but anyway, the main issue with Salsas in Southland Shopping Centre is the inconsistencies with portion sizes and at times the quality of presentation, there is a lot of reasonably young staff so this isn't surprising, however when I am paying for Food with my hard earned money I expect just a little better sometimes, after all, this isn't McDonald's we are talking about.. There definitely needs to be some improvements made with the staffs work ethics, the customers soul experiences at Salsas are, the Cashier serving, and the food served as it is in a food court and not a actual Restaurant, I think there is more energy that could be put in to making the food how it should be for optimum enjoyment, and not dissatisfaction and disappointment from loyal customers, I'm not giving up on Salsas because they are capable, they just need to be more consistent, I will try to be patient, do I recommend Salsas in Southland Shopping Centre? Yea, I guess so, the Chips are worth Recommending on their own.

THE WORST !!! I waited 35 minutes for a freaking burrito only for them to get the order wrong! Literally one person making the food the rest were just standing around talking!! It wasn’t an issue of being understaffed or anything, they just did not have any organisation or systems in place. They had a massive line of people waiting and didn’t seem to care how much they were upsetting customers or how slow they were. It looked like they were pretending to do things in order to not do anything. Get your act together Southland Salsas

Usually I like the food here, but after my last two experiences with Salsas at Southland; 1st time getting my order wrong, 2nd time charging me $10.90 for 2 Chicken tacos and guacamole, when I believe it should be $9.90 based of what the menu says, I may not return back. The young cashier lady at Southland (25th June 12:20pm), also had the attitude of "Go away", "I know what I am doing" and "God why are you ordering". And was rude when I tried to spell my name out for her. She did not have a welcoming energy and made me want to cancel my order. Disappointed and probably won't go back again.

Literally the worst service you can imagine , had a lunch break of 30 mins and took them 30 mins to give me my food when they were standing around doing nothing most of the time. And then the girl that handed it to me finally was so rude hahaha it was ridiculous. Couldn’t even eat it in the end cause I had to work
