What a disgusting excuse for Hungry Jacks. Staff are not pleasant and do not appear to be trained. Food was cold and poorly prepared. Order not correct as wrong size. Staff member presenting told us was not what we ordered. On requesting it be changed was charged 70c as original order not added correctly.
With all that is on offer in the food court put this outlet to the bottom of your list.

Didn't get the onions rings that I requested but given chips. My friend has tomato sauce on her burger but had requested to leave it off. As the items are put into a bag instead of in a tray, we didn't realise the errors until we sat to eat.. Too late then... The bugers were tasty .

In past this outlet in Southland Centre was excellent over many years. Today, although the food was good the staff was most certainly not trained in the job on hand.
It did not only take long to prepare, but the wrong orders were given to the wrong customers, they were not prepared to serve standard tap water and the ice cream in the soft serve cones was so little it hardly extended past the cone itself.
When I commented about it the manager just laughed.

Burger King in America - Hungry Jacks in Australia - same same. They have Whoppers need I say more. Well perhaps just a little. I find Hungry Jack's burgers to be nicer than the other major fast food restaurants but I have to admit it's the onion rings that really do it for me. Enjoy, but not too often.

Hit and miss. Usually the food and service are pretty bad most of the time. But occasionally they miraculously pump out a really good bacon and Angus burger (bbq bacon angus) from their grill masters range. Which in my opinion was pretty damn tasty.
Service is pretty consistently bad.

Hi all,
We've been there on 08th June 2015 in the afternoon around 2.30 pm and having lunch with family.
I bought vegetarian burger from hungry jacks and after finish the lunch in about half an hour I felt sick.
I actually vomited few times because of food poisoning. While making complain the answers was irresponsible. We are in Australia, the best piece of land on planet don't really expect this kind of thing to be happen. Stay healthy everyone.

Definitely no flame grilled taste, in fact the 2 burgers I had were not as good as another hungry jacks I tried previously. Kind of soggy, and microwaved.

I was actually pleasantly surprised burger bun was fresh and soft, and burger had quite a lot of taste! Unexpectedly enjoyable for fast food.
