Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Worst McDonald I have had the displeasure of ever dealing with. They either stuff your ordered up completely or leave things missing out. The restaurant itself is dirty table are never clean toilets are disgusting. You will watch many people get there orders before you even if you have ordered the same thing. Absolutely s#!t show

June 3rd 2022, Big Mac missing a beef slice and drink is Diet Coke when Coke was ordered. June 4th again Diet Coke when this time Vanilla Coke was ordered. Numerous times this store has given me Diet or Coke Zero when I've ordered either Coke or Vanilla coke, many times items missing, often a Large Chips is only half full. What is going on down there guys? A few mistakes here and there, sure, but I reckon more than half of the time I order from you there's a mistake, and this is just one person. Look into it, it's really not that hard to get an order right if you just read what's on the screen...

Everytime we visit this Mcdonald's, it's the same thing over and over. We hoped it would have changed after our last visit a year ago. The girl taking the order in the drive-thru was rude and sounded like she couldn't be bothered, so their customer service hasn't changed. We had to wait for 10minutes in their parking area (last time it was 20min.....). Got home to find cold stale chips, frozen coke that tasted like metal and undercooked Pattis in the burgers. We ended up having to throw it all out. Of all the Macca's visited (including international), this by far is the worst. Definitely avoid this one!!

Told them twice no pickle, they repeated back to me "no pickle" asked lady at window who was handing over food before she handed it if it had pickle she proceeded to open the burger with her bare hands and say "yep no pickle" Imagine my surprise when I see there is indeed, a pickle. I felt personally insulted.

Pathetic. Waited 10 minutes for my order in the morning. The manager claimed they had to cook product! Well it takes 40 seconds to cook 10:1, and 10 seconds for the buns to go through the Vertical Toaster, so what was happening the other 9 minutes? I worked for McDonald's for 20 years, and young managers think they can pull the wool over your eyes with garbage excuses.
