‘AIDEN’, cheltenham Highstreet branch. As a former Team leader in both the retail and health care sectors, I was incredibly impressed by the level of product knowledge and customer care from your in-store advisor ‘Aiden’ at the Cheltenham High Street Branch. Aiden took every care and went ‘Above and Beyond’ to fully explain the new sandwiches and advised on the meal deal options and allergens and created a welcoming and attentive atmosphere in store.
