I lived near Cheshunt back in 1989 and came back (from New Zealand) recently for a visit and a wander around beside the Lee River. The Fountain Cafe is just superb. Great service and really friendly staff. I had eggs on toast and a cup 'o tea at a table out on the pavement. Set me up for the day. Love this place!
