The restaurant is overdue a deep clean, especially the window sills, table legs, and the floors.
Previously
Everyone has worked really hard during lockdown to keep every customer happy. Credit to the team. The click and collect service is overwelming for them at times. Store is clean and tidy and well presented. Sadly Sophie is leaving the team. A real asset being lost. Why is she not a store manager here yet I will not know. (The current manager is nice too). Good luck.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Toasties are amazing but be careful they are very very hot. Only downside was bird toilets were filthy/blocked.

I've always had good service from the staff here. I do hope head office looks after the staff at this branch as I know they don't always get the help they need. The current staff at this Costa are great with customers, friendly and very efficient.

Costa coffee, location Brookfield estate, perfect location if you have shopped yourself out with the multiple stores in close proximity.
It is typical Costa fare in respect of the layout, lots of comfy seating, if the weather suits there is seating outside, you will be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, whose aim is to please and explain the multiple choices that are on offer.
It is very clean with staff clearing tables as soon as someone leaves, I was particularly impressed on how clean the toilets are, I do think this site make a conscious effort to keep the site clean.
So if you fancy a pit stop this with all the choices of offer should be your pit stop of choice

It was great. Now they have taken down screen in front of till. I could actually communicate with the girl behind the till without saying pardon, without having to shout things through the little gap at the bottom. Food great I am gluten and lactose Intolerant and now they do a lovely chicken and bacon sandwich from M&S so I can eat with my daughters as well as enjoy my caramel hot chocolate with Soya milk.

Very busy , came in last week and had a great experience. My daughter couldn’t decide what to get and a lovely lady called saveera I think recommended the strawberry frappe which is now my daughter’s favourite! She was very helpful and friendly, definitely made the wait worth it!
