Food was really good and there was no scrimping on the cheese front! Had a special, Mac, and house toasty. All were lovely!
Staff were so lovely and friendly! Sat in the garden area which was a lovely sun trap with wall art and flowers. Really nice vibes.

Meltdown has a lovely family atmosphere that makes enjoying the grilled cheese sandwiches very relaxing.
This family atmosphere is reflective in the friendly and attentive service, with a willingness to quickly accept alterations or substitutions to the food when ordering.

This was a nice fresh idea. When my friend told me about meltdown, my first thoughts went to "this sounds like festival food". Without spoiling it for you, everything here is served on a cheese toasty. I went for bacon, sausage and black pudding on mine and I wasnt disappointed. The cheese was nice

Oh wow! If you love cheese, then you'll lurve this place. Such a variety of delicious dishes, and sit in the cosy little cafe or takeaway and eat at your leisure. Great friendly staff too. Will certainly be making a return visit.
