Wow what a super place...just been for Sunday lunch & it was very good!!!
We had the 3 course menu & food was perfect...the Sirloin of beef was cooked just right & presentation on all courses was super.
The welcome on arrival by Tim & Antonio was lovely & service throughout are meal was delightful..Ruth was very pleasant too.
We had an amazing eating experience & shall now try there Dinner menu for sure. Thank you to the team for a wonderful afternoon.

Beautiful Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. So relaxed. So glad we came here, we can’t wait to return again one day. Our room was AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. The whole place is AMAZING.

What a lovely place for afternoon tea. We stopped before going in to take photos in the garden overlooking the river. The front of house host spotted us, came out and kindly took our photograph. The whole experience was most definitely 5 star. We felt that we were important to the host, the owner and all the staff. From taking our coats, to the delicious (and substantial!) afternoon tea, to serving us coffee in the cosy lounge, we were made to feel welcome. The place is also beautifully decorated - even down to the old fashioned post box in the ladies loo! Can't recommend enough.

All of the courses were beautifully prepared and presented. A highlight for me was the treacle cured salmon which was cooked to perfection.All in all a lovely evening by the river.My son and daughter-in-law took me for the tasting menu. It far exceeded our expectations.

Our second visit and just as wonderful as the first. Beautiful and unique location with a super friendly welcome. Fine dining without being pretentious. Our tasting menu was paired expertly with lovely wines and finished with a surprise happy anniversary chocolate plate. They'd already scored top marks but the fact we'd not told them it was our anniversary gets them extra bonus points for their espionage skills! Relaxed fine dining with superb food and great menu, definitely recommend to anyone. Cheers!

Excellent service, the waiting staff got the right mix of being personable but not overbearing. The main course lamb was one of the best plates of food I've ever had with a well matched wine flight. Will be going again
