Been here 3 times in one month, really nice carvery, loved the food and the staff were great. Would definitely recommend �
Had a lovely Sunday lunch yesterday,as I'm a vegetarian there was plenty of choice for me not sure if I could have replaced the meat with a vegi option but didn't ask as I had plenty of veg, potatoes,cauliflower cheese and a massive Yorkshire pudding was lovely and would go again..
First time visiting since refurbishment, and it is just lovely. Nice atmosphere and fab service. I can't believe we had roast Lamb on the carvery today alongside beef, turkey, and gammon. The food was lovely and hot. Our waitress Helen was great and very helpful
Big thanks to India who also is a (Lucy Fallon) look alike thank you for serving us very helpfull and even helped me with menu options also a very big happy 18th birthday for tomorrow 😀 keep up the good work and good luck for the future
Nice place since the refurbishment good atmosphere unfortunately the food breakfast is little over cooked for me sausages,bacon & black pudding were all to well done. As standing under the heater lights seams to have cooked them a bit more. Would come back but to see if this had improved but if if didn't would not return again.😏
It's a long, long time since I've been to a pub with such a welcome, such great food and fantastic service.
This place is so well run, it's a joy to visit.
Everywhere is spotless and the staff can't do enough for you.
Really enjoyed this one...and for the price??...well.... others could learn a lot from this business model instead of levering the last penny from our pockets at every opportunity.

Such a great place to go for a Carvery!! Our server Kane was lovely and couldn’t help us enough!! He was so chatty and helped us decide on dessert with his recommendations. :)) Also the Mac and cheese SLAYS
Had a lovely family meal, from the carvery, so everyone got exactly what they wanted. The food was really nice, and well cooked and the staff were fantastic and super friendly! Great value for money. The price per person mentioned included all of the drinks we had, oh, and the soda's? They're refillable for free for the duration! We will definitely be going back again.
We come here regularly for breakfast and occasionally for carvery.
Food is lovely, the carvery can get busy but service is fast and food standard doesn't suffer. Food is constantly freshened, and staff are friendly. We see one particular server Kirsty most times we come in. She is friendly, helpful, always happy, and goes above and beyond. I am happy to recommend Hoole Toby carvery and will continue to eat here regularly.
Lovely pub situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We were served by Megan who was very friendly and warm hearted. Not enough words for the service she provided us. Food was very tasty although the chef only gave 2 pieces of meat that were finished with 4 bites. Will definitely come again
Booked a table for 2. But arrived earlier and table was ready and was seated very quickly. All very quick and meal was all very good. And hot. And had a make over and all very nice. And staff very friendly. Would definitely come back.
Visited for breakfast this morning. Food was lovely all hot and fresh, the chef was filling up while we were at the deck and greeted us with a good morning. The service was fab, the gentleman on the bar was friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, warm and had a good atmosphere. Really enjoyed our visit!
