I Had a employee called Tyler this afternoon serve me. His attitude was amazing and understood my complex order really well. He was very efficient and did a amazing job.

This is a very small subway so only 3 tables to eat in . Food was great. Staff are lovely and friendly.

The food is the classic Subway standard which I find satisfactory. However a big thing for me is they let you use their toilet without making a purchase, this sense of kindness and community is especially appreciated especially if you have certain conditions like myself.

Excellent welcome sooo friendly, helpful, with great food! Helped us to screen shot on our phone as we didnt how to do it, and told us about making it a meal deal and also on our next visit used some of our points as we didnt realise that we had enough for a 6 inch!

I went into SUBWAY about an hour ago and was served by a young girl called Ella.
This was in the Forgate Street branch in Worcester.
I can only say fantastic things about this young lady. She was very polite and helpful and extremely professional.
She made my Sub with attention and told me all that I could have on my Sub.
I suffer with memory loss so I needed the help and I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Ella for her patience and I really hope that SUBWAY appreciate how lucky they are that she is part of their team.
I also hope that she receives credit for her customer service skills.
I didn't feel embarrassed like I normally would do or feel the urge to just cancel my order and leave.
So thankyou so so much again for your patience and as always I will be back in soon.

Nice food but supposedly you’d think it’s nice healthy food. Guess what…? Tastes nice but full of sugars literally! So diabetics watch out! Do your research, nothings what it seems anymore 👍

Needed an order for the Clan and the person serving here nailed every order! They were love and respectful and also had a joke and a laugh. Before you knew it, 2 people waiting were also laughing and joking with us.
The staff made it fun and the food was fast and brilliant!

Would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat. Had to queue due to covid measures but that's understandable at this time as only letting certain amount of people in at a time. Friendly staff. Prices fair as well
