It was busy, tidy, and as always, the drinks are hot and ordered. However, the toilets stank, were dirty, and needed checking more often.

This is my favourite Costa in Chester. The staff are always friendly, and usually they run a fundraising game at the checkout to raise money for Costa foundation, which I find really fun and often quite rewarding.

This is one of the friendliest Costa shops according to my mum Ruth.
She loves going for her regular flat white (best around) here and says the staff are wonderful and cheerful and always have a little conversation to offer.
The infuriating part is that she doesn't have a smart phone, so can't collect her rewards. She is a regular but gets no benefit sadly - not a slight on the store in any way.
5 star service and staff deserve the credits they earn.

Brilliant staff dealing effectively with a really long queue. Was treated to one on the house by the store manager after a little hassle with a gift card and that made my day so thank you very much.
